Over 40 Years of ServiceI have been using the services of Carmel for the past 40 years. I've tried other car services, but they are the best. They are always on time, despite the heavy traffic we have in Manhattan. The cars are always clean and the drivers polite and helpful. At this point in my life, after fracturing my pelvis in a fall, I cannot easily get into a "high" car, such as an SUV, and they honor that request each time. I didn't give 5 stars because I have one complaint. Occasionally a driver is sent that speaks a foreign language and itis difficult to communicate. But I still think they are the BEST car service! This is my review but I am awarded $10 Car cash from Carmel for sharing it. Barbara Zapson
